Returning for the 13th time, the country’s only exhibition featuring the automotive industry of Bangladesh is going to be held at International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB) on March 22-24, 2018.
Organized by CEMS USA in association with CEMS Bangladesh, Dhaka Motor Show has garnered immense popularity in previous years among the auto enthusiasts.
The event brings together both the public looking for a brand new car or a bike and the car enthusiasts who bring out their custom modded cars to showcase amidst a sea of petrolheads.
People can go to the show and see the newest car from renowned brands like Toyota, Honda, Mitsubishi, Hyundai, etc. In separate halls, motorbikes are also put on the show.
Popular motorcycle brands like Hero, Honda, Suzuki, and Aprilia are just a few that showed off their latest launches in Bangladesh in previous years. They are expected to continue that trend at this year’s show too.
The visitors can also place orders at discounted prices for the vehicle they are interested in.
But for a lot of people, the real fun happens out in the parking lot where cars with swapped engines or modded parts keep the noise high as they rev hard. For those wanting to take a closer look at some of the coolest cars ever produced or built, the parking lot at Dhaka Motor Show provides a grand opportunity to look at and see the awesomeness in person.
New at this year’s show is the opportunity to look at the Toyota FT-1 concept car. While concepts cars are generally on any motor show of large scale, they haven’t made their way to Bangladesh ever before. The organizers say that the rare opportunity to look at the Toyota FT-1 is something that must not be missed.
Dhaka Motor Show also has a separate section where commercial vehicles are exhibited. For people looking to buy commercial vehicles, Dhaka Motor Show is yet another opportunity to look at different brands and compare.
Aside from the entirety of the cars, Dhaka Motor Show is also famous for automotive parts. If you’ve been looking for that particular car part, you might just find it at the show.
All in all, Dhaka Motor Show is the one and only of its kind in Bangladesh. You can stay up to date with the show’s happenings on its official Facebook page as well as visit the website for online registration and more information at http://dhakamotorshow.com .
If you’ve got some time between March 22 to 24, make sure to head over to ICCB in 300 feet road and take a peek at the latest and coolest of the automotive industry in Bangladesh.
